The piece I wanted is sold out, when will it be back in stock?

If unfortunately what you wanted isn’t currently available you can be notified when it is back in stock by clicking on the link of the product page. We try to keep all pieces in stock so there shouldn’t be too long a wait!

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Most pieces we have ready or at the bisque stage (the in-between stage) so they should be ready in 2-3 weeks if not sooner. If it’s a large order or for serving sets this may be longer (3-6 weeks). We will do our best to get orders ready as soon as we can but it takes a long time for pieces to dry out during the colder months and bigger orders especially those including plates will take longer.
